Characteristic villa with Salento tones, located near the Ionian coast about three kilometers from S.M. of Leuca. The villa is located on a well-kept plot of approximately 7000 m2 completely surrounded by characteristic dry stone walls. The essential style is highlighted starting from the exteriors, which are very simple and linear, and from the shading pergolas which carefully reflect the fluid lines of the structure, which in some sections recalls the typical “Liame Salentine” in its shape. The property is on two levels: the upper floor is accessed through large sliding windows, which from the outside allow a glimpse of the bright living area. A large living room, from which the kitchenette and the service bathroom are divided, and the two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A comfortable internal staircase leads to the lower floor, consisting of three bedrooms well positioned and served by two of the three bathrooms present. The external service spaces are well conceived, in continuity with the internal ones, where the Trani stone flooring is used for the entire perimeter of the building and for the area serving the infinity pool located on the same floor, in the area in front of the pergola , to guarantee the best possible sea view. The management of the solar area (terrace) is also wise and careful, set up with masonry seats and table and served by all utilities, to make it usable like the other accessible areas.
